Getting an automotive business in motion requires a clear distribution of responsibilities. Not only does the organization of the business itself need to be set up, but the people responsible for the individual development processes of the vehicle’s compartments
must be put in place as well.

At Magna, we use the following chart when working with new entrants to assign the top-level responsibilities necessary for establishing an automotive project's organization. Later on, in the concept phase, we use similar charts to assign additional tasks.
